Compensation

2. Annual Performance Bonuses - Employees who make significant contributions to the success of the company are rewarded with bonuses at the end of each year.
3. Spot Bonuses - Throughout the year as employees go "above and beyond" the call of duty, eHT awards them with spot bonuses in the form of gift certificates and other forms of compensation.
