Russell Fielder, PE joined eHT as a Project Manager and has over 15 years of experience in land development projects with extensive experience in single-family, multi-family and site development projects, including all aspects of design, permitting, project management and construction administration. He received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Texas Tech University and previously worked for Way Consulting Engineers in Austin. Russell is working out of eHT's Granbury Office.
