eHT, in coordination with HDR, was retained by the City of Missouri City to design a membrane surface water treatment plant treating Brazos River source water. Combining conventional rapid mix-coagulation-flocculation-sedimentation with ultra or microfiltration membranes, the plant will have an initial capacity of 10.0 MGD expandable to 31.5 MGD. Additionally, the project includes a transmission system and integrated storage/pumping facilities to deliver potable water to the users. The project has an estimated cost of $40.5 million.
